(6) Appendix 5 of the agreement is accompanied by a common form to be used for readmission applications. Finland and Afghanistan signed a joint declaration on voluntary return in October 2016. Finland is also negotiating readmission memorandums of understanding with Iraq and Somalia. 3. For Member States, the readmission requirement in paragraph 1, points b) and/or (c) applies to the Member State that has issued a visa or residence permit. If two or more Member States issue a visa or residence permit, the readmission requirement in paragraph 1, points b) and/or (c) applies to the Member State that issued the document with a longer validity period or, if one or more of them have already expired, to the valid document. If all documents have already expired, the readmission requirement in paragraph 1, points b) and/or (c) applies to the Member State that issued the document containing the last expiry date. Where these documents cannot be provided, the readmission obligation referred to in paragraph 1 applies to the Member State that has left the last departure. All transport costs related to the readmission and transit operations under this agreement to the border of the destination state are covered by the requesting State, as well as the required transport and maintenance costs related to the repatriation of persons covered by Article 4 of this agreement. This does not affect the right of the competent authorities of the Member States and Ukraine to recover these costs from the person or third parties concerned. 1. This agreement does not affect the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Community, Member States and Ukraine arising from international law and, in particular, all international conventions or agreements to which they have adhered, including those referred to in the preamble.

4. Evidence of the conditions of readmission of third-country nationals and stateless persons cannot be provided by falsified or falsified documents. The EU`s readmission agreements also include the obligations and procedures for the readmission of third-country nationals who have entered the territory of one party illegally through the territory of the other party.
